- - pork head 2 kg;

- - 6 cloves garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the cooked nutria carcass and pork head for 40-60 minutes in a small volume of water in different dishes. Use only the broth from the pork head, and leave the broth from the nutria for cooking hot dishes. When the meat begins to separate from the bones, it should be taken out and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Put nutria meat in pork broth, add chopped garlic, roots and lightly fried onions. Mix all this and fill a parchment bag with the ready-made mass.
Step 3
Pour the broth so that the space between the pieces of meat is filled. Tie both ends and cook for 1-1.5 hours. Clamp the package between two planks and put it under the load in a cold place.
