Easy to prepare and delicious casserole made from mashed potatoes and toasted mushrooms.

- • Large onion -1 head;
- • Fresh mushrooms - 250 g;
- • Garlic - to taste;
- • Egg - 1 piece;
- • Butter - 40 g;
- • Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- • Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Put peeled and chopped potatoes, garlic in a pre-prepared saucepan, add water to cover all vegetables with water, let it boil, add salt, pepper, cook until tender.
Make mashed potatoes with the addition of oil.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into large slices, the onion into rings. Put mushrooms in a frying pan with heated sunflower oil and fry until half cooked, then add onion, salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are golden brown.
Step 3
Take a convenient heat-resistant dish, lay out the ingredients in layers - half the mashed potatoes, distribute over the entire form, then put the mushrooms and onions and another layer of mashed potatoes and smooth out well.
Step 4
Beat the egg and pour on top of the casserole, smooth well. Put in the oven for half an hour (180 degrees).
