It is necessary

  • - 2 liters of water
  • - 500 gr salmon
  • - 4 potatoes
  • - 150 gr millet
  • - 1 onion
  • - 50 grams of sunflower oil
  • - salt
  • - black pepper
  • - dill
  • - dry parsley

Instructions

Step 1

Pour cold water into a saucepan, throw salmon there and, bringing to a boil, remove the resulting foam. Next, cook for about half an hour over low heat.

Step 2

We take out the salmon from the broth, wait until it cools down, and remove the bones.

Step 3

Strain the broth through a fine sieve. We make sure that there are no bones left.

Step 4

Chop the onion and fry it in sunflower oil until golden brown.

Step 5

Clean the potatoes, cut into large cubes and put them in boiling broth for 7 minutes.

Step 6

We wash the millet and add it to the potatoes. Throw the parsley into the broth and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Throw chopped onion into the broth, salt and pepper the soup.

Step 8

Put boiled fish in the finished broth, close the pan with a lid and let it brew.

Step 9

Serve the dish sprinkled with dill.
