Fajitos is the national dish of Mexico, which consists of vegetables and fried meat. Mexican cuisine is distinguished by its love for sauces and hot chili peppers, so "Fajitos" will be appreciated by lovers of bright and spicy dishes.

- - 3 pcs. bell pepper
- - 1 red onion
- - 4 cloves of garlic
- - 50 ml orange juice
- - 50 ml table vinegar
- - pepper
- - oregano
- - ground chili
- - green onions
- - olive oil
- - 2 tomatoes
- - cilantro
- - chilli
- - lime juice
- - 4 tortillas
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the garlic finely and place in a blender. Add 50 ml orange juice, 50 ml table vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, a pinch of ground chili and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the beef into 5 cm thin strips and place in a deep bowl. Pour over the prepared marinade, cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Peel the bell pepper and cut into thin strips. Cut the green onions into 5 cm feathers. Preheat a deep frying pan, add the olive oil and fry the vegetables until tender.
Step 4
For the salsa sauce, use 2 tomatoes and a red onion. Cut vegetables into cubes and add chopped cilantro.
Peel the chili and chop finely. Place vegetables in a bowl, drizzle with lime or lemon juice and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Fry the marinated meat over high heat until golden brown. Add vegetables to the cooked meat and mix well.
Step 6
Preheat the tortillas in the oven. Serve the fajitos hot, along with tortillas and salsa sauce.
