It is necessary

  • - 0.5 kg salmon fillet;
  • - onion head;
  • - ½ lemon;
  • - 30 g of fresh dill;
  • - salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Step 1

Rinse the fish well and dry it with paper towels.

Step 2

Cut the salmon into small steaks (about 3 cm thick). Rub each bite thoroughly with spices and drizzle with lemon juice.
