The incredibly useful properties and amazing taste of this fish are legendary. It is salmon that is considered the "favorite" of all chefs, who talk about its delicate taste and the fact that it is almost impossible to spoil such a product. Salmon baked in foil is very simple to prepare, but at the same time the dish turns out to be exquisite and incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 kg salmon fillet;
- - onion head;
- - ½ lemon;
- - 30 g of fresh dill;
- - salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fish well and dry it with paper towels.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into small steaks (about 3 cm thick). Rub each bite thoroughly with spices and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Step 4
Place foil on a baking sheet and pour a few drops of sunflower oil. Spread the onion rings on a baking sheet, then the slices of salmon and the lemon and chopped dill, cut into small mugs.
