- - 2 onions;
- - 5 tbsp. strong black tea.

Pour boiled warm water into a saucepan, add sugar and yeast, stir the ingredients well and remove the container to a warm place. When foam forms in a saucepan, add salt, flour and butter, knead the dough and put it in heat for 1 hour to rise.
Step 2
Boil buckwheat in salted water, finely chop the onion and fry until transparent. Chop fresh mushrooms and place them in a skillet with onions. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates completely, then combine them with buckwheat. Twist the filling through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Make small tortillas out of the dough, place 1 tablespoon in the center of each. minced meat and mold pies. Leave the formed products for 30 minutes to rise slightly. Then grease each pie with strong tea and place a baking sheet with them in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake until golden brown.
