  • - 50 g sour cream;
  • - 5 g of dry mustard;
  • - 2 g of white ground pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Step 1

Plain cabbage is very suitable for preparing this salad. If you want to experiment a little, you can add a little red and Chinese cabbage to it, then the salad will take on a sweet-sour hue.

Step 2

Wash a small head of white cabbage well in cold running water, remove the top leaves and let the cabbage dry a little. Chop the cabbage as thin as possible with a sharp knife. Transfer to a deep, high-rimmed cup and remember a little with your hands. Salt the cabbage and remember with your hands again. Cover the cup with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Take one hundred grams of hazelnuts. It is better to buy a simple one, not peeled and clean it yourself, so the taste will be more aromatic and rich. Peel the nuts, fry heavily in a preheated pan without oil. Let the nuts cool and grind them with a coffee grinder or ceramic mortar.

Wash fresh parsley and mint in cold water, dry and cut into medium pieces. Add nuts and herbs to the cabbage, add a little salt and pepper. Mix sour cream with mustard and season the salad. Slice the bacon thinly and fry, decorate the salad before serving. You can add some carrots if desired.
