It is necessary

  • Dough for one cake:
  • - 240 g butter;
  • - 200 g of icing sugar;
  • - 100 ml of milk;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 250 g flour;
  • - baking powder;
  • - vanillin;
  • - 1 spoonful of cocoa;
  • - 1 spoonful of orange juice;
  • - orange dye.
  • For the cream:
  • - 500 g of butter;
  • - 250 g icing sugar;
  • - 250 g of melted chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

The oil must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it melts slightly. Then beat it with sugar until smooth and creamy. While continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time. Pour flour mixed with baking powder into the whipped mixture. Stir and finally pour in the milk. Knead the dough until smooth.

Step 2

Divide the dough into three equal parts, one of which is again divided into three parts. Leave one of them white, add cocoa to the second, and orange dye in the third.

Step 3

The detachable form must be lubricated with oil. Pour a third of the dough into the bottom of the mold in the thickness of a finger. Draw a spiral with chocolate dough on the surface of the white dough. Draw an orange stripe on top of it.

Step 4

On top of the orange one is again chocolate. Fill the space between the chocolate bars with white dough.

Step 5

Gently top up the white dough and smooth the surface of the crust. Bake until tender.

Step 6

Whisk the softened butter and powdered sugar to make the cream. Set aside about 100 g of cream for the cake decorating. Add melted chocolate to the remaining cream. Some chocolate should also be left for garnish. Stir, coat the cakes with cream and paint spots on top.
