When you don't know how to please your child with delicious, cook these snails. Your baby's delight is guaranteed. Also, this dish can be made, for example, for a birthday. It is delicious and beautiful.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of potatoes,
- - 2 eggs,
- - 4 tbsp. l. with a heap of flour,
- - bulb onions,
- - butter for frying,
- - minced meat (50 g),
- - carrot,
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil 1 kg of potatoes, drain all the liquid and knead. Break 2 eggs and 4 tbsp into potatoes. l. with a heap of flour. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter. We do the same with carrots grated on a coarse grater. Fry the minced meat last (50 g). Mix onions and carrots with meat, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
From the potato dough on a film moistened with water, we make a rectangular layer 1 cm thick. Put the minced meat on the potatoes and roll it up. Small on the one hand, and larger on the other. 2 rolls must meet.
Step 4
We shift the roll to a baking sheet. We make notches along the entire width of the roll (do not cut everything completely, just outline) with the width of the future "snails". Make "eyes" from peppercorns, and "antennae" - from thinly chopped leeks. Bake at 160-180 degrees 35-40 minutes. After baking, let the roll cool slightly. Slice the snails at the designated spots and serve on lettuce leaves.
