- - 200 g of round grain rice;
- - 3 bananas;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 25 g brown sugar;

Be sure to take round grain rice - it is creamier and softer when boiled. Rinse the rice with water, put in a saucepan, cover with plenty of water, add a little salt, bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat until cooked through (about 20 minutes).

Peel the bananas, cut them into small slices. Put butter in a frying pan, melt it, add bananas, fry them a little. After that, add brown sugar to the skillet, add a little vanilla sugar for a pleasant aroma, stir. Keep on medium heat for one minute, stirring constantly, then remove the pan from heat.
Step 3
If excess moisture remains in the rice, then fold it onto a strainer, wait for the moisture to drain.
Step 4
Mix cooked rice with caramel flavored bananas, stir. In general, the dish is ready, you can immediately serve rice with bananas. For beauty, you can put a fresh mint leaf on top. Of course, cold porridge is no longer so tasty and aromatic, so do not wait until it cools down and do not cook it too much.
