It is necessary
- - 400 g of fresh salmon fillet;
- - 250 g of curd cheese;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of fresh cucumbers;
- - 1 piece lemon;
- - fresh parsley and rosemary;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ground red pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
To make the salmon rolls tender and fragrant, salt the salmon fillets yourself. Do not take ready-made salty from the store, it may contain the wrong seasonings or too much salt. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut fresh salmon fillets lengthwise into thin strips and place on a wide plate or tray. Rinse and dry the rosemary greens and a little parsley. Chop finely and mix with a very small amount of black and red ground peppers. Grind the fillet with a little salt and sprinkle with chopped herbs with spices. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Step 2
To prepare the filling for salmon rolls, wash the cucumbers and pat dry with a towel. Cut the skin off the cucumbers and finely chop the flesh. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater. In a deep bowl, combine the curd cheese with chopped cucumber and garlic. Add some chopped parsley.
Step 3
Remove the salmon fillet from the refrigerator, remove the greens from it, lightly grease with fresh lemon juice and apply the filling in a small layer. Then gently roll the fillets into a roll. You can secure it with a toothpick. Before serving, the rolls should be cooled and sprinkled with herbs if desired.
