Pancakes with fish will be a great snack. They can perfectly decorate a table for a holiday. You can cook salmon yourself at home and, definitely, it will turn out to be much more aromatic than if you buy it in a store.
It is necessary
- - 3 chicken eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. flour;
- - 2, 5 tbsp. milk;
- - 0.6 tsp soda (extinguish with vinegar);
- - 0.6 tsp salt;
- - 300 g of fish (salmon);
- - 1 lemon;
- - lettuce (to taste);
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs in a plate, then gently add salt and granulated sugar, without ceasing to beat.
Step 2
Then add vegetable oil. And without stopping stirring, add a little flour. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and pour into the dough. Mix everything thoroughly and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Next, heat the pan well and grease it with oil. Then pour some dough into the skillet. Toast each pancake on both sides.
Step 4
Take lightly salted salmon and cut into small pieces. Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Put a leaf of lettuce on the toasted pancake, and spread the salmon evenly over the pancake. Then wrap it in a roll.
Step 6
You will get a small tube. Cut it into small pieces of equal length. Sprinkle the pancakes with lemon juice and garnish with herbs. Place the finished dish on a nice plate. The appetizer is ready.
