You will need fragrant mustard, onions, pickled cucumbers, smoked sausages. It is best to reheat the burger before eating or eat it immediately after cooking.

It is necessary

  • - arugula - 3 leaves;
  • - parsley - 3 branches;
  • - ketchup - 1 tablespoon;
  • - tender mustard - 2 tablespoons;
  • - olives - 10 pcs.;
  • - pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - butter - for frying;
  • - nutmeg - a pinch;
  • - dry white wine - 50 ml;
  • - hunting sausages - 150 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Fry smoked or hunting sausages in butter for five minutes. Pour in a small amount of dry white wine. Add nutmeg, simmer covered for 4 minutes.

Step 2

Cut olives into rings, onions, pickles. Cut the hamburger buns in half with a sharp knife. Brush with gentle mustard. Place sausages, pickles, onions, parsley sprigs and arugula on top of the freshly heated sausages in a pan.

Step 3

Pour the ketchup over the top, cover with the other half of the cut bun. You can also sprinkle your homemade burger with caraway seeds, add cumin. It is better to use it hot, but it will be very tasty even cold.
