Apple strudel is a treat for which you want to learn how to cook. The dish is known all over the world. And everywhere it is baked in different ways. But apple and pear strudel is made only here.

- - 1 egg
- - nuts 0.5 tbsp.

- - granulated sugar 4 tablespoons
- - brown granulated sugar 4 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to rinse and add water to the raisins. We leave it for half an hour. While the raisins are wet, clean the fruit from the skin and seeds.
Step 2
We cut them into cubes and mix with two types of sugar (2 tablespoons each) and cinnamon. We leave this mixture for 20 minutes. Then we pour raisins and flour into it. We mix everything.
Step 3
Grind the nuts. In an empty container, mix them with the second half of white and brown sugar and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
We roll out the puff sheets very thinly. Sprinkle each of them with a composition of nuts and lay out the filling of fruits. We take a clean towel and use it to roll up the rolls. This work must be done very carefully.
Step 5
Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and put the product on it. Beat the egg and grease the rolls with it.
Step 6
You need to bake the apple strudel for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
