  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 200 g of shortbread cookies.
  • Sauce:
  • - 100 ml of strong coffee;
  • - 70 g of sugar;
  • - 40 g of butter;
  • - 40 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 2 tsp cocoa powder.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's start by making the sauce. Break the chocolate into pieces. In a small saucepan, boil water with sugar and cocoa. As soon as the liquid has boiled, pour butter and chocolate into it in one stroke and carefully place until smooth. Let's leave to cool.

Step 2

After preparing "Brownies" in one bowl, mix cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.

Step 3

Melt the butter, cool slightly and beat with two types of sugar until an airy consistency. Then add the eggs one at a time, whisking each time until fluffy.

Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and beat. Add sour cream, mix thoroughly.

The oven should be preheated to 190 degrees, and the 20x20 cm mold should be greased with oil or lined with baking paper. Put a layer of cookies on the bottom, on it - dough.
