Burger has firmly taken one of the leading positions among fast food. You can also cook it yourself. The main thing is to choose the right meat and sauce.
It is necessary
- - buns for a burger (hamburger);
- - burger patties (it is advisable to choose the size of the bun);
- - ordinary cheese or processed cheese slices - 200 g or 2 sheets for 1 burger;
- - cheese sauce;
- - ketchup;
- - mayonnaise;
- - pickled (pickled) cucumbers;
- - lettuce leaves - 1-2 leaves.
- Optional:
- - a tomato;
- - bacon;
- - onion.
Instructions
Step 1
Take warm burger buns (microwave first for softness) and grease them with sauce. I made the sauce like this: ketchup + cheese on the base, and on the top bun ketchup + mayonnaise. And so you can take and cook any sauce you like.
Step 2
At this very time, in a frying pan (or on a grill, again, who cooks where) we fry a burger cutlet. I took from Miratorg. They also have different sizes for different buns. Fry the cutlet according to the instructions. Again, they are different, different roasts and freezes. It needs to be juicy, fried, with tasty dark sides.
Choose the cutlets yourself, they come from beef, turkey and pork, sort of.
Vegetarians can pay attention to vegetarian cutlets, which will also be very tasty.
Step 3
When the cutlet is ready, put the cheese on it without removing it from the pan and let it melt. It will take 1-2 minutes. When the cheese covers the entire area, i.e. will spread - we remove everything from the pan.
Step 4
Put cheese on the bun with sauce, which is the base. If you have a regular one, cut it into thin slices, if it is a fused sheet, then just spread the square on a bun. On this cheese we put a hot cutlet with another cheese already melted. The cheese underneath should melt under the hot patty.
Step 5
And now, on such a platform, we begin to create. You can add bacon, cucumbers and tomato on top, separating it all with lettuce. If someone loves onions, add the onions after frying them. If you want a big mac, or double cheeseburger, you can add a second cutlet as well. Then I advise you to take small and thinner ones.
Then we close it all with a top bun, stick in a skewer so that it doesn't fall apart and enjoy a delicious homemade burger.
