Instructions
Step 1
Mix in a saucepan 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 0.5 packs of margarine, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 3 tablespoons of honey.
Step 2
Place the pot over low heat. While stirring continuously, heat the contents until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Remove the pan from heat.
Step 3
Crush the cloves and cardamom in a mortar. Add ground ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon. Vary the amount of spice to your liking
Step 4
Pour the spices into the dough pan, stir. Add flour and knead the dough, not very steep, elastic, not sticky to your hands. Remember that gingerbread dough cannot be "kneaded".
Step 5
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Using your hands or a rolling pin, spread it evenly over the entire baking sheet in a layer of equal thickness.
Step 6
Place the dough in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake the gingerbread until tender.
Step 7
Take a sheet of paper and draw on it the details of the future house and the base for it.
Step 8
Cut a rectangular base out of the gingerbread for the house.
Step 9
Cut out the details of the house. When cutting walls, place the knife at a 45 degree angle to the table surface. For roof parts, such a cut should only be on one side (where the ridge is located at the roof).
Step 10
Cook a thick syrup from 0.5 cups of granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 11
Pour the syrup over the base. Place a gingerbread house on it, lubricating the sides of the walls with sugar syrup to hold the parts together. Attach a roof on top.
Step 12
Whisk 1 egg white with 0.5 cups of powdered sugar. Use a pastry syringe or cornet to decorate the house with protein cream. Draw lines where parts are connected to hide them. Draw windows, doors. The roof can be decorated with wavy lines.
Step 13
Sprinkle the roof with grated chocolate and colored pastry sprinkles. Decorate the base around the house with candied fruit or marmalade.
Step 14
Serve the gingerbread house with tea, coffee and other drinks.
Bon Appetit!
