Gourmet seafood soup can be prepared in a conventional microwave oven. A restaurant dish in 10 minutes is fast, tasty and very simple.
It is necessary
- - 300 grams of salmon,
- - 300 grams of shrimp,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - 50 grams of leeks,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of parsley
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 30 grams of celery stalk,
- - 250 ml of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the salmon into fillets. Leave the bones and skin for the broth. Peel the shrimp (discard the veins on the tails).
Step 2
Put the shrimp and salmon peelings in the microwave bowl, add a pinch of salt and celery. Fill with water at room temperature and put in the microwave for 4 minutes (maximum power).
Step 3
Peel the leeks and chop finely. Grind a clove of garlic. Large three carrots.
Step 4
After 4 minutes, remove the broth from the microwave and filter. The bowl in which the broth was prepared is mine.
Step 5
Put chopped onion, a clove of garlic and grated carrots in a clean bowl, salt to taste, add oil. We put in the microwave for two minutes.
Step 6
Cut the fillet into small pieces. Leave the shrimps whole or, if desired, cut into pieces, salt and pepper.
Step 7
We take out the bowl from the microwave. Mix semi-finished vegetables with salmon and shrimps, pour broth. We cook for another two minutes.
Step 8
Shred fresh herbs. You can use parsley, dill, or cilantro. Pour the finished soup into a plate and decorate with herbs.
