Cheese soup combined with shrimps and carrots is an original version of the first course, which will be appreciated by representatives of a healthy diet. The recipe for cheese soup originally appeared in France, after which the chefs were able to optimally adapt the ingredients of the dish to Russian gourmets.
It is necessary
- –Processed cheese "Druzhba" or "Yantar" (260 g);
- –Salt to taste;
- - young potatoes (370 g);
- - carrots (1-2 pcs.);
- - shrimps (360 g);
- –Fresh or dried basil (4 g).
Instructions
Step 1
Place a large pot of water on the hotplate. The first step is slicing potatoes, which should be added to the boiling water.
Step 2
Next, put the carrots grated on a fine grater to give the dish a pleasant orange hue. Wait until the carrots and potatoes are half boiled.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp from the shell and do not forget to remove the longitudinal intestine with a toothpick. Add shrimp to soup, stir and season with salt. After that, you should immediately start grinding the cheese with a grater. For convenience, you can wet one side of the grater with cool water to keep the cheese from sticking to the surface.
Step 4
Gently add grated cheese in small portions to the soup. Stir constantly to distribute the cheese evenly in the broth. Sprinkle with basil, cover and leave to infuse.
