Fruit pies always delight gourmets - they are airy, tender and at the same time juicy due to fresh fruits.
It is necessary
- - 5 eggs (yolks separately from whites);
- - 200 gr. icing sugar;
- - 230 gr. butter;
- - 210 gr. flour;
- - half a tablespoon of baking powder (about 6 gr.);
- - 6 plums (fresh or canned).
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Beat the powdered sugar and yolks in a bowl, add the melted butter and beat again.
Step 2
Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the yolks and butter, mix until smooth.
Step 3
Beat the whites until firm foam and add to the dough, mix gently.
Step 4
Put the dough on a baking sheet (22 x 33 cm), covered with pastry paper.
Step 5
We level the dough and spread the halves of the plums on it at the same distance from each other.
Step 6
We bake the pie in the oven for 20-25 minutes. For beauty, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional), before serving, cut into pieces so that each has a half of a plum.
