What is a striisel? This is a butter and flour sprinkle that is used to cover the cake before baking. As a result, a crispy golden crust is formed on its surface, very tasty and beautiful.

- - 50 g of wheat flour;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 30 g of shelled walnuts.

Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for a while to soften. Add granulated or powdered sugar, ground cinnamon and an egg, stir.

Sift the wheat flour through a kitchen sieve and stir in portions to the butter mixture. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
