- - cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - sugar - 1-1, 5 tablespoons;
- - strawberry jam - 3 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, after placing in a separate cup, grind the shortbread cookies so that you end up with small crumbs.
Step 2
After mixing milk with cocoa powder, granulated sugar and butter, put it on a fire to boil. After this mixture boils, cook it for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously. Let it cool, then combine with the crushed cookies. Stir everything until you get a mass with a homogeneous consistency.
Step 3
Lubricate the prepared silicone molds for sweets with chocolate melted in a water bath. After this procedure, send them to the freezer for at least 5 minutes. Repeat. Please note that the molds should be coated very carefully, that is, so that not a single gap remains.
Step 4
Now put the cookie mass into the molds with frozen chocolate. Make a small indentation in the center of each candy and fill it with strawberry jam.
Step 5
Place the rest of the cookies over the strawberry jam. Lubricate the tops of the candies with the remaining melted chocolate. In this form, send them to the freezer for about one quarter of an hour, that is, 15 minutes.
Step 6
After a specified period of time has passed, carefully remove the treat from the silicone molds. Chocolates with strawberry jam are ready!
