It is necessary
- - puff pastry - 1 pack;
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.;
- - wheat flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - eel (smoked) - 100 gr.;
- - cream cheese - 100 gr.;
- - avocado;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tsp;
- - cheese (hard) - 30 gr.;
- - red caviar (salmon) - 40 gr.;
- - olives - 9 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle puff pastry with flour and roll out. Using a special mold, cut out the shell.
Step 2
Use a knife to make several light cuts (not through) so that the dough mimics the structure of a shell.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the shells on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes. Then cool.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Divide the avocado into 2 parts, remove the pulp. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Grind all ingredients (cheese, eel and avocado) in a blender. Add mayonnaise.
Step 6
Cut the tartlets lengthwise into 2 parts, without cutting through to the end.
Step 7
Fill the tartlets with pasta, sprinkle with cheese, garnish with an olive pearl.
Step 8
Another filling option: a mixture of cream cheese and olives, with the addition of a teaspoon of red caviar.
