Soften the oil. To do this, take a glass, pour boiling water into it, pour it out, and cover the oil with a hot glass, hold it for a couple of minutes. Cut the butter into pieces, mix with the powdered sugar, and then beat with a blender until foam forms.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, put it in small portions to the rest of the mass, continuing to beat.

Mix flour with starch, gradually add them to the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough well. Divide it into small parts, roll balls out of them.

Prepare a baking sheet: cover it with parchment, brush with sunflower oil. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the balls on a baking sheet, crush them a little. Place in the oven and bake until tender. After cooking, remove the cookies, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sugar.
