- - potato starch - 3/4 cup;
- - wheat flour - 1/2 cup;
- - sour cream - 1/2 cup;
- - baking powder - 3 teaspoons;
- - food poppy - 50 grams;
- - dried apricots (raisins) - 100 grams;
- - nuts - 50 grams.
- To prepare the cream:
- - sour cream - 500 grams;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.

Step 1
Take chicken eggs, wash them thoroughly in warm running water, break the eggs into a clean cup, add sugar, mix everything well. Add potato starch to this mass. Sift and add flour, add sour cream, baking powder and mix everything thoroughly again using a blender or mixer.

Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and let it brew for 30 minutes, then you need to divide it into three parts.
3) Add nuts to one part, poppy seeds to the other, and add dried apricots (raisins) to the third part.

Sprinkle a baking dish with water, grease with oil. Bake each cake separately.

Place the cake in a greased form and bake at a temperature of about 180 - 200 degrees, for about 30 minutes.

To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream and sugar in a bowl.

Cool the finished cakes, join together and carefully grease with ready-made cream.

Decorate the cake as you wish. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate, add pieces of fruit. Put on a platter and serve.
