Step 1

Carrot sweets.

Grate 0.5 kg of juicy fresh carrots on a fine grater. Place it in a saucepan. Fill in 0.5 kg of granulated sugar. Put on low heat and cook until the mixture becomes mushy. In the finished carrot mass, grate the lemon zest and squeeze a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice. Instead of lemon, you can take an orange or lime. Cool the mass well, make small balls out of it. Roll the balls in chopped nuts or coconut flakes. Place on a platter.

Step 2

White chocolate truffles.

Pour 100 g of white chocolate into a scoop, pour 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream (10%). Place in a water bath or microwave. Melt the chocolate. Beat 20 g butter and 20 g icing sugar with a mixer. The mass should be fluffy and white. Introduce the melted chocolate in a thin stream. Continue whisking. The mass should be homogeneous. Place the truffle mixture in the refrigerator to thicken it thoroughly, and then remove it and roll it into balls with wet hands. Dip the candies in coconut or cocoa powder. Place truffles in a bowl and refrigerate. Remove before serving. While whipping, you can add 1 teaspoon of your favorite liqueur to the truffle mixture.

Butterscotch sweets.

Heat a piece of butter (10 g) and 300 g of butterscotch in a ladle. The mass should melt and become homogeneous, stir it constantly, do not let it burn. Pour small corn sticks into the melted mass and stir. Leave it on for 1 hour. Then form balls and place them on a platter.

Step 4

Chocolate covered nuts and raisins.

Dry walnuts and peanuts (200 g) in a dry skillet. Grind them in a mortar.

Melt 300 g of dark chocolate and 200 g of milk chocolate in the microwave. Mix the chocolate mass with the nut mass, add 100 g of raisins. Place the mixture on a silicone mat. Smooth it out and set it to harden. Remove the frozen layer from the rug and put it on the board, cut into pieces.
