The Ferrero rocher cake is named after the candy. It is prepared very quickly and easily. The delicacy turns out to be amazing, chic and delicate. Consists of two layers. Smeared with a delicate and insanely sweet cream.

- - 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
- - 5 eggs
- - 3/4 cup nuts
- - 7 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 200 g dark chocolate
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour
- - 200 g nutella
- - 150 g waffles
- - 200 g butter
- - 6 pcs Ferrero rocher
Instructions
Step 1
Make a dough. Beat the granulated sugar and eggs until they increase in volume by 2-3 times. Grind the hazelnuts with a blender. Grind the waffles separately from the hazelnuts.
Step 2
Sift the cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour. Then add the chopped hazelnuts and mix well. Pour flour mixture into egg and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, pour out the dough. Place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, bake for 45-55 minutes. Remove from oven, leave to cool in the mold. Then remove from the mold and place on the wire rack.
Step 4
Make a cream. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then cool to room temperature. Whisk nutella, cooled chocolate and butter until smooth.
Step 5
Cut the biscuit into two cakes. Grease the bottom crust with cream and sprinkle with chopped waffles, cover with the top crust. Brush the top and sides of the cake with cream. Sprinkle with waffle and hazelnuts. Refrigerate for 8-12 minutes. Cut Ferrero rocher candies in half and decorate the cake. Store in a cool place for 6-10 hours.
