A kind of poured cheesecake made of delicious chocolate dough and curd filling. Multi-colored candied fruits will give the cheesecake an elegant, truly "fair" look. It is prepared very simply.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 160 g of wheat flour;
- - 120 g of candied fruits;
- - 40 g of butter;
- - 25 g of cocoa powder, semolina;
- - 5 eggs;
- - baking soda, salt, vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Take cottage cheese for cheesecakes soft and without grains. Mash it with a fork, add 3 eggs, mix thoroughly. Add 200 g of sugar, half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, and stir. Pour the semolina next, stir and set aside for now.
Step 2
Prepare the chocolate dough: beat 2 eggs with 100 g of sugar, add sour cream along with butter, which must be melted and cooled completely. Sift flour, add baking soda and cocoa powder, stir. Pour the finished chocolate dough into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Beat the curd filling with a blender to make it more tender and smooth. Add candied fruits, stir, pour into the middle of the chocolate dough. Thus, the sides of the cheesecake will form under the displacement of the filling of the dough. Of course, the result is always different, since the dough inside the dough diverges differently.
Step 4
Place the cheesecake in a cold oven, turn it on 180 degrees, bake for 45 minutes. The curd filling should be springy - this is a sign that the Yarmarka cheesecake is ready. Remove the finished cheesecake from the mold, let it cool, serve chilled.
