Chicken with quince turns out to be very juicy, and thanks to saffron and ginger, an unforgettable aroma awakens the appetite. For piquancy, you can add a little paprika. Ripe quince fruits are required for the dish.

- For eight servings:
- - 1 chicken;
- - 700 g of quince;
- - 4 onions;
- - 50 g butter;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - 1 teaspoon of paprika, ground ginger;
- - saffron, salt, ground pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken carcass, chop it into pieces, dry, fry in butter until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and place on a plate.
Step 2
Peel the onions, chop, fry in the oil left over from frying the chicken. Spoon the chicken pieces over the fried onions. Rinse a bunch of parsley, chop coarsely, send to a frying pan. You can even tear the greens with your hands. Add saffron, ground ginger and paprika.
Step 3
Pour in a small amount of water - it should barely cover the contents of the dishes. Season with pepper, salt to taste, cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the quince, dry. Cut each fruit into four parts, remove the core, remove the seeds too, fry in butter.
Step 5
Add quince pieces to a skillet with chicken and onions, simmer for another half hour under the lid.
