  • - butter - 20 grams,
  • - garlic mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons,
  • - a little salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash two small zucchini and three finely.

Salt the zucchini mass a little and leave for five minutes, during which time the zucchini will give juice. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini.

Step 2

Separate the whites from the yolks. Salt and pepper the yolks a little.

Beat the salted yolks until fluffy. They will lighten when whisked. Add the squeezed zucchini mass to the yolks, mix gently with a wooden spatula.

Beat the whites into a strong foam. Add two tablespoons of whipped proteins to a bowl to the yolks and zucchini, mix gently.

Cut the onion into thin half rings and add them to the mushrooms. Salt and pepper a little, cook until the onion is soft. Add cream to the mushrooms and let them evaporate.

We take out the biscuit from the oven and grease it with mayonnaise. Put the mushroom filling on the mayonnaise.
