A cake made from dough with the addition of cocoa, nuts and cherries turns out to be very aromatic. Its chocolate flavor is complemented by berry notes of "drunken" cherries. It's very difficult to resist a piece of such a cupcake!
It is necessary
- - 100 g butter
- - 200 g sugar
- - 4 eggs
- - 100 g of walnuts
- - 160 g flour
- - 100 g cocoa
- - a teaspoon of baking powder
- - 100 g of cherries infused with cognac
- - 2 tablespoons of brandy
- - 100 g raisins
- - 100 g of peanuts
Instructions
Step 1
Rub butter and sugar until creamy. While continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder to the whipped mass. Stir.
Step 2
Toast the peanuts and walnuts. Add them to the chocolate dough. Place the previously soaked raisins and squeezed cherries here. Mix thoroughly by adding cognac.
Step 3
Put the dough in a silicone mold. It is not necessary to lubricate it. Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the mold, let it cool.
