Instructions

Step 1

Microwave-stewed mushrooms Cut 500 g canned mushrooms into slices. Fry them lightly in vegetable oil.

Peel and finely chop 3 onions. Fry them in vegetable oil separately from the mushrooms.

Stir the mushrooms and onions and place them in a deep microwave-safe dish.

Add 200 g sour cream to mushrooms and onions.

Grate 300 g of cheese on a fine grater. Put half of it with the mushrooms. Salt everything to taste and mix.

Place the lid on the dishes with mushrooms and put them in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. The microwave should be turned on at full power.

Remove the dishes with mushrooms from the microwave, remove the lid from it. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the mushrooms. Continue simmering the mushrooms for another 5 minutes at 70% power.

Serve mushrooms in sour cream with a side dish of your choice.

Oven-braised champignons Remove the stems from the large champignons, being careful not to damage the caps. Rinse the legs and caps and dry them slightly.
