Make a delicious Italian meal at home. Chop two garlic cloves and chop four medium sun-dried tomatoes. Salt and season the tuna steaks with pepper, brush on both sides with lemon juice. Dip the fish into a bowl of tomato mixture, roll so that the sauce evenly covers the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to marinate. Heat the grill, remove the marinated fish from the refrigerator and fry on the wire rack for five minutes on each side. Bring the marinade to a boil, add the chopped capers and pour over the sautéed tuna. Serve as a separate dish or with any side dish.

Cut the tuna into small pieces along the grain. Heat a skillet with two tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the tuna for five minutes, turning the fish slices regularly to cook evenly. Put the cooked tuna on a plate. Fry two chopped garlic cloves in the same pan, add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of marjoram to it, mix everything thoroughly. Peel half of the grapefruit and peel, leaving one pulp. Cut the grapefruit into cubes and place in a skillet, pour in two tablespoons of soy sauce. Place the tuna in the same bowl, cover and cook for a couple of minutes. An insanely delicious dish is ready.

Boil one hundred grams of washed rice in salted water. Take four hundred grams of fresh mushrooms, wash them and chop finely. Finely chop the large onion and fry with the mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the tuna fillet into small pieces. Chop the hard-boiled egg and parsley. Combine all prepared ingredients (rice, egg, parsley, mushrooms and onions). Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out half of the chopped tuna, salt and pepper. Rice mass and the rest of the tuna will go on top, add salt and pepper again. Pour a glass of cream or sour cream and place in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for forty minutes. Serve hot casserole.
