With the multicooker, you can prepare many delicious and interesting dishes with almost no effort. For example, if there are leftovers of not very fresh sour cream and kefir, you can make an excellent cake in a slow cooker. The taste of this food will be delicate and soft, and the structure is slightly reminiscent of semolina.
It is necessary
- turmeric - 1 tsp;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- butter;
- vanilla sugar - 8 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs;
- flour - 1, 5 cups;
- vegetable oil - 0.5 cups;
- semolina - 2 glasses;
- kefir - 1 glass;
- sour cream - 0.5 cups;
- apples - 4 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to make a muffin in a slow cooker, add semolina to kefir at room temperature. Add turmeric, sugar and stir. Cover the saucepan with a lid, and then leave the mixture in this form for 2 hours.
Step 2
Add vanillin, butter, sour cream, beaten eggs, soda and kefir with flour to the swollen groats. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Peel the apples, cut into 2 parts and remove the seeds from them by cutting out the centers. Cut the apple halves into pieces of any size and shape. Add them to the dough and stir.
Step 4
Pour the dough into a greased bowl. Place the muffin in a multicooker and close the lid. Select the "Bake" mode and set the time to 65 minutes.
Step 5
When the allotted time comes to an end, keep the cake on the heating for another 15 minutes. Then remove the bowl and cut the cake into portions. A muffin in a slow cooker can be considered ready. Serve it with juice, homemade jelly or ginger tea.
