The basic cake recipe is universal: it can be used independently, to prepare a dessert for dinner, and you can also bake real culinary masterpieces on its basis: you just need to decorate a simple cake with icing or whipped cream, smear with cream or syrup, serve with an original sweet sauce. And using a multicooker makes the recipe even easier and less time consuming.
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. flour
- - 1 tbsp. milk / kefir / sour cream / yogurt (maybe not very fresh)
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara
- - 1 chicken egg
- - 1 tsp soda
- - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil + a little oil for lubricating the mold
- - a pinch of citric acid
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the egg with sugar until it is white, add flour and citric acid (citric acid is optional if you are using fermented milk products).
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, mix, add flour, milk and mix thoroughly again. Add baking soda at the very end.
Step 3
Pour the dough into a greased multicooker bowl and bake on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. After that, hold it in heating mode for 15-20 minutes.
