Step 1
Before preparing these patties, place the chickpeas in a deep bowl and cover with enough water. In this form, he should stand all night. During this time, the beans will soften. After this procedure, rinse it and grind it with a blender.

Finely chop the onion with a knife, then save it, that is, lightly fry it in olive oil so that it becomes transparent. Chop the garlic into small pieces and chop the carrots with a grater.

Put sautéed onions, chopped carrots and garlic, whole grain flour, soy sauce, lemon juice and granulated sugar into the chopped chickpeas. Stir the mixture well, then season it with salt, nutmeg and ground pepper. Stir again.

From the resulting chickpea-carrot mass, form, pinching off small pieces from it, cutlets of any shape, then roll them in breading, that is, in whole grain flour.

Put the chickpea-carrot cutlets in a pan with hot olive oil and fry on each side until golden brown, that is, until fully cooked.

For chickpea-carrot cutlets, prepare sour cream sauce. After making an incision in the tomato, pour it over with boiling water, and then remove the skin from it. Then chop the vegetable, put it in a blender along with all the herbs, as well as salt and pepper. After grinding the resulting mixture, add sour cream and paprika into it. Mix everything as it should.
