Banana-filled cake has an extraordinary taste and is quite pleasant. Such a cake can impress any guest, and it is very easy to prepare.
It is necessary
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp vanillin
- 200 g non-dry cottage cheese
- 4 bananas
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 4-5 st. tablespoons of sugar
- jam optional
Instructions
Step 1
First, bake a biscuit. Separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the whites into a large container, and the yolks into a separate one. First, beat the whites with a blender, slowly adding sugar one spoon at a time. Then add vanillin. When the sugar runs out, the protein mixture should turn out to be a thick white color. Next, add the yolks, beating without stopping. When everything is whipped, we proceed to flour. Sift it through a sieve, preferably 2 times. Add flour to the resulting mass, stirring with a spoon from top to bottom.
Step 2
We heat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Grease the mold liberally with oil and pour the dough into it. We put to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Attention: do not open the oven during baking. Otherwise, the biscuit will fall off and become hard. After the time has elapsed, turn off the oven, but do not open it for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
In order not to waste time while the biscuit is baking, we prepare the filling. We take cottage cheese and knead well with a fork. Add 3-4 tablespoons sour cream and half a banana. Beat everything thoroughly. Cut the other half of the banana into slices.
Step 4
Cut the biscuit into 3 parts, but to make it easier, immediately separate the dough before baking and bake each biscuit in a separate form. Grease each biscuit with jam, then curd mass, and put bananas on top. We repeat until the last biscuit. Lubricate the last biscuit in the same way with cottage cheese or beat 50 g of sour cream with 1 tbsp. Sahara. Don't forget to smear the edges too. The cake can be decorated with fruit or grated chocolate.
