    • milk - 3-4 tbsp;
    • dill and parsley.

Step 1

Take the meat and cut it into small squares or cubes of approximately the same size. Then add a little salt, pepper and leave in a plate to soak. It is best if the meat is slightly frozen, then it will be easier for you to chop it.

Step 2

After that, peel the onion and cut it into half rings or rings if it is not very large. Put a piece of butter in a preheated frying pan and fry the onion in it until slightly golden brown.

Salt it a little and do not forget to stir periodically so that it does not burn.

As soon as the onions are ready, immediately combine them with the meat pieces and place in the pots.

Then peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips or cubes as you like and place them in pots on the meat and onions. Cut two or three potatoes into slices no more than five to seven millimeters thick and place them in one layer in each pot.

After that, put a small piece of butter in the center of each pot. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the potatoes on top so that it is not visible.

Next, prepare a special sauce with which you will pour the meat and vegetables. To do this, take dill and parsley. Rinse it under cold water and chop it finely. Then, in a separate bowl, mix well the sour cream with milk and salt to taste. Add chopped greens there, mix everything again and pour the sauce into the pots.

Now cover each pot with a lid and put in the oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for forty to forty-five minutes. Depending on the heating of your oven and the size of the meat pieces, the cooking time may not be much longer. But no more than ten or fifteen minutes. After the time has passed, remove the pots from the oven. Serve the finished dish hot. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
