  • Iceberg or Romano salad - 1 bunch;
  • cucumbers - 2 pieces;

  • red salad onions - 1 piece;
  • olives (whole and pitted) - 1/2 can;
  • feta cheese (or equivalent) - 200 grams;
  • vegetable oil (preferably olive) - 2-3 tablespoons;

  1. Wash, dry and, if necessary, peel vegetables and herbs.
  2. Take a large, shallow salad bowl and place the lettuce sheets on top of it.
