- beef tenderloin - 300 g.
- red onion - 1 pc.
- undercorns - 50g.
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- lettuce leaves - 3 pcs.
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- fresh tomato - 1 pc.
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- greens - a couple of twigs
- salt - depending on taste requirements

Step 1
Wash the meat thoroughly and let it dry. Then salt and pepper - it is advisable to grind with your hands so that the salt melts. Lay the podcherevok on top, pre-cut into slices. Wrap everything with thread.

Peel the red onion and cut into large cubes.
Step 3
Take a baking bag. Fold the meat and red onion into it, with the meat in the middle and the onion on the sides. Tie the bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Step 4
After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the bag from the oven and cut. Remove the meat, pour over the juice and let cool slightly.
Step 5
Cut the cooled meat into slices. Place on a platter and garnish with beautifully chopped vegetables.
