  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • lettuce leaves - 3 pcs.

  • fresh tomato - 1 pc.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • greens - a couple of twigs
  • salt - depending on taste requirements

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the meat thoroughly and let it dry. Then salt and pepper - it is advisable to grind with your hands so that the salt melts. Lay the podcherevok on top, pre-cut into slices. Wrap everything with thread.

Peel the red onion and cut into large cubes.
