Simply put, these are rolls with a filling. They are easy to prepare and require few ingredients. Therefore, it is quite possible to cook them without any particular reason.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pork tenderloin;
- 200 g of champignon mushrooms;
- 100 g of boiled rice;
- 1 onion;
- 35 g butter;
- 5 g red sweet pepper;
- A bunch of dill, parsley;
- Vegetable oil for frying;
- Black pepper, salt to your taste.
Preparation:
- We take the pork tenderloin, cut it into pieces, the thickness should be about 1 centimeter. Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and beat thoroughly. Salt and pepper immediately so that the spices penetrate the meat better.
- Wash and peel the champignons and bell peppers. And cut the mushrooms and peppers into small cubes.
- Pour some sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat it up. While the pan is heating, peel and chop the onion. Then fry the onion, add mushrooms and pepper to it. After 5 minutes, add boiled rice and herbs here. Stir well. Done.
- Now put 2 teaspoons of the filling on each piece of meat, level and roll with a roll. Fasten with toothpicks, or you can wrap it with thread as you like.
- Put the croutons on a preheated frying pan with butter and fry them until golden brown.
- Fold the fried rolls into a deep baking dish. Pour broth up to half (if there is no broth, you can add salted water).
- In advance, we heat the oven to 180-200 degrees and put a mold with rolls in it for 1 hour. Turn the rolls after 30 minutes.
- Pull toothpicks out of the finished buns (remove the thread). Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving. You can serve it as an independent dish, as well as with a side dish.
