    • - 0.5 cups of mayonnaise and kefir;

    • For a sweet cheese pie:
    • - 200 g of cookies;
    • - 100 g of butter;
    • - 50 g of almonds;
    • - 100 g of white chocolate;
    • - 500 g cream cheese;

    • - 250 g sour cream;
    • - 4 eggs;
    • - 200 ml cherry juice;
    • - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
    • - 2 teaspoons of gelatin.

Step 1

Bake a classic open cheese pie. Dissolve dry yeast and sugar in warm water for the test. Pour the sifted flour into the water with yeast, add vegetable oil and salt. Knead the dough - it should be elastic, not stick to your hands. Transfer it to a bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for an hour to come up a little.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Combine eggs, cheese, sour cream and salt into a homogeneous paste. Roll the finished dough into a layer about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and spread the cake on it. Place the filling on top, leaving about 3 cm of dough around the edges. Fold the edges of the dough up, brush them with a beaten egg if desired. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cheese pie for about half an hour.
