- • Pasta (curly) - 3 handfuls;
- • Red and yellow bell peppers - ½ pcs. + ½ pcs.;
- • Green beans - 80 gr.;
- • Butter - 1 tablespoon;
- • Sweet soy sauce - 3-4 tablespoons;
- • Sesame (white) - 2 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet under running water and dry it, then cut the fillet into small pieces, pepper and salt everything.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, then fry the chicken fillet.

While the fillet is fried, it is necessary to boil the asparagus beans, this will take no more than 8-10 minutes (if they are frozen).

Boil curly pasta. Rinse the finished products under running cold water, put in a plate and add oil.

Cut the peppers into long strips.

Add vegetables to the fried chicken fillet, mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.
