Chicken salad with pine nuts belongs to Mexican cuisine. It turns out to be light and airy.
It is necessary
- For the salad:
- - chicken (or turkey) fillet - 300 gr.;
- - pine nuts (peeled) - 50 gr.;
- - green salad (for example, Iceberg).
- For refueling:
- - vegetable (or olive) oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - lemon;
- - garlic;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour pine nuts into a dry hot frying pan and fry them until golden brown.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet (about 20 minutes).
When it cools down, we disassemble it by hand into fibers.
Step 3
To prepare the dressing, mix the oil with lemon juice, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Let the gas station brew for 15 minutes.
Step 4
We tear the green salad with our hands. Add the chicken fillet and sprinkle with pine nuts. Mix everything and pour over the dressing.
