Tuscan tomato soup is one of the Italian dishes. It takes forty minutes to prepare. It turns out very tasty, satisfying and original.

- We will need:
- tomatoes - 1 kilogram
- red bell pepper - 2 pieces
- onions - 120 grams
- water - 1 liter
- eggs - 4 pieces
- white bread - 200 grams
- Parmesan cheese, olive oil - 50 grams each
- one celery stalk
- pepper, salt - for everybody

Step 1
Let's get started. Cut the onion into cubes, fry a little in olive oil, add bell pepper (cut into strips).
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes, cut the celery into slices, fry everything together with the onion and pepper. Simmer together for about ten minutes, covering with a lid.
Step 3
Now put the vegetables in a saucepan, cover with hot water, salt and pepper, cook for fifteen minutes.
Step 4
Grate the parmesan on a large grater, beat with chicken eggs, add to the soup.
Step 5
Cut the white bread into slices, fry - the slices should turn golden, add to the bowls of Tuscan tomato soup. Enjoy your meal!
