  • - 250 ml cream;

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut it into small cubes and boil it in salted water. The potatoes should be easy to knead with a fork, but keep their shape. Whisk everything in a blender and add the cream.

Step 2

Take bacon and carefully cut it into small cubes, fry in oil until tender golden brown. Add minced meat to the bacon in small portions and fry thoroughly. Minced meat should not be raw. Wait until the minced meat turns from pink to brownish. Add salt and pepper, mix everything. Remove the pan from the stove and let the mixture cool.

Step 3

Cut the garlic and onion into small cubes and sauté in butter until golden brown.

Step 4

Place a clean saucepan on the stove and combine the potatoes, minced meat and onion with garlic in it, bring the resulting mixture to a boil. Serve the finished soup, garnish with grated cheese and herbs.
