Spanish fish soup with oranges is prepared in one hour, if you follow the instructions it will make 6 servings. The recipe is quite simple, but this does not make the soup any less original. Its interesting aroma alone is worth something! Instead of kohal fish, perch is also suitable.

It is necessary
- - 1 kg of kohal fish;
- - 1, 2 liters of water;
- - 2 oranges;
- - 6 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 lemons;
- - 4 potatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of paprika;
- - orange peel, green cilantro, salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Fillet the fish or buy a ready-made fish fillet. Any boneless white fish works well for the recipe. But with kohal fish it turns out more original. Salt fillet pieces, refrigerate.
Step 2
Pour water into a saucepan, put the head and bones of the fish there, add orange zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a skillet, pour in olive oil, sauté thinly chopped onion and garlic, add tomato paste. Strain the fish broth, add frying to it. Bring to a boil, add chopped potatoes, cook for 5 minutes. Then you can add fish fillets.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice from oranges and lemons into a saucepan, add black pepper, paprika, salt to taste. Cook for 3 minutes, add cilantro and turn off the stove. Let it brew (10 minutes), pour into bowls and serve the Spanish fish-orange soup to the table!
