It is necessary
- For 1 glass:
- -1 cup spinach leaves (can be substituted for parsley)
- -1 banana
- -1/2 orange (peeled)
- -1/4 cup low fat yogurt
- -1/4 cup water or milk
- -1 to 2 teaspoons of honey
Instructions
Step 1
Chop spinach, bananas and orange into medium slices. Mix them in a blender.
Step 2
Add yogurt, milk and a teaspoon of honey. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Add a couple more spoons of honey if necessary.
Step 3
You can drink your smoothie right away or freeze it in the freezer. Don't worry, it will retain all its beneficial properties. Bon Appetit!
