An interesting way to make pancakes with olives that will not leave anyone indifferent!
It is necessary
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - 200 g flour;
- - Refined olive oil for roasting;
- - 250 g bacon;
- - 1 can of pitted green olives;
- - 70 g green onions;
- - Ground red pepper;
- - Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with olive oil, add sugar, soda, a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Then pour in the cream in a thin stream and gradually add the flour, stirring the dough thoroughly.
Step 3
From the resulting dough, bake pancakes in refined olive oil.
Step 4
For the filling, slice and fry the bacon.
Step 5
Finely chop the olives and stir in the bacon. Pepper a little.
Step 6
Put some of the prepared filling in the center of each pancake, lift the edges up, collect them and tie them with green onions.
Step 7
It can be served with sour cream.
