- - 200 g of crushed oatmeal;
- - 200 g of wheat flour;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 100 g margarine;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tsp. flour enhancer;
- - a pinch of salt.

Step 1
We drive one egg into a deep container, add a glass of sugar, a teaspoon of honey and beat with a mixer, you can use a fork, until a fluffy, homogeneous mass.

Cut the softened margarine into small cubes, put in the egg mixture and rub the margarine thoroughly with a fork until small lumps are formed.

Then we add the flour enhancer to the resulting mixture (this is the most important point) exactly the flour enhancer, and not the baking powder, from this the cookies will be fluffy and airy. Put flour, stir with a fork.
